IBAIS University (International Business Administration and Information System) is a Private and non-profit educational institution was established in 1997 and got the University status in August 2002 to function under the Private University Act of 1992 as amended in 1998 & 2011 of the Govt. of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

Scholarships
- Students who have an GPA of 4.75 and above but less than 5.00 in Secondary School Certificate and Higher Secondary Certificate Exam will obtain 50% allowance on total charges.
- Those who have an GPA of 4.50 and above but less than 4.75 in SSC and HSC Exam will obtain 35% allowance on total tuition fees.
- Those who have an GPA of 4.0 and above but less than 4.5 in SSC and HSC Examinations will obtain 20% allowance on total charges.
- Those having an GPA of 3.5 and above but less than 4.0 in SSC and HSC Examinations will obtain 10% stipend on total charges.
- Those having an GPA of 3.0 and above but less than 3.5 in SSC and HSC Exam will obtain 5% stipend on total tuition fees.
- Students completing GCE ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels will obtain 50%, 35%, 20%, 10% & 5% stipend on total charges for GPA of 4.75, 4.50, 4.0, 3.5 & 3.0 respectively [ A=5.00………………E=1.00].
