Benha University is an Egyptian university in the Egyptian city of Banha, the capital of Al Qalyubiyah governorate.
Institution was founded in accordance to a decree in 25 November 1976 as a branch from Zagazig Benha University in Banha, with the faculties of Commerce, Education, Agriculture of Moshtohor, Engineering of Shobra and Medicine.

Admissions Conditions for Postgraduate Students
- A applicants should have bachelor’s degree or its comparative from a university in the or a degree from a different controlled institute that is known by the institution and equitable by the Supreme Council of Universities in degrees which honored by universities in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- A student must apply an authorization of scientific body for entrance. He/she must have an expertise in his/her field for 2 years for faculties that necessitate expertise in the discipline of work.
- The studying of lectures should not be fewer than 75%.
Conditions for Master Programs
- An applicants should have bachelor’s degree or its comparative from a university or a degree from a further scientific institute that is known by the institution and equitable by the Supreme Council of Universities in degrees which honored from universities in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- An applicants should have Great at minimum in his/her field or other field.
- An applicants should pass the admission exam of faculty council or have Post-graduate Diploma by excellent at minimum.

- An applicants should have Master’s Degree in the field from a university or a degree from another scientific institute that is accepted by the institution and equitable by the Supreme Council of Universities in degrees which honored by universities in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

- An applicants should execute scientific exploration in a topic that authorised by the faculty council.
