This is not possible to transfer from PAF-KIET to IBA Karachi. Because both institutes are of different sector. IBA Karachi is from public sector and PAF-KIET is from private sector. If both are public or private than it is possible for you to get transfer in IBA Karachi.

I am applying to iba for BS this fall. I have already recieved confirmed admission offers from a few universities in Canada that are ranked top 100 in the world and I have been told that I can be exempted from the aptitude test because of this. Is this possible?
