Fluent in English language, a Person should be Fluent in speaking English which also involve a good vocabulary and grammar. The Board highly suggests that kind of a Person.
Get rid of confusions and make the most of your mind.
A person should be Broad Minded and have clear thinking ability in his Mind. It is highly recommended.
Well Dressed, this means the Candidate should be well suited or proper dressed.
Leadership qualities are required in order to get selected in ISSB and gain a healthy post in the future.
Self Confidence is a must thing in Passing. This Training is not a child’s a play which means the candidate should not get confused while thinking and Change his thoughts and decisions continuously.

The candidate must be mentally/ psychologically OKAY. This means that the participant should not be mentally ill or should have any kind of Problems regarding thinking.
Verbal and non verbal Communication should be Extraordinary. If not Extraordinary then at least the candidate should have good, verbal and non verbal Communication.
