Jinnah College of Nursing Karachi Admission

Admission Procedure:

  • All the students must be current on the 1st day (orientation day).
  • Class schedule will be submitted to the bulletin boards (Notice Board)
  • Regular lessons will start on the following day of positioning between 03: 00. p. m. to 09: 00 p. m.
  • It is accountability of the student to organize for make-up on missed classes, assignments and tests.
  • Matching to PNC rules the students must manage his/her attendance at the rate of 100% in clinical and 85% in classes.

Withdrawal / Dismissal:

Students are recommended to abide by the ethical and professional benchmarks as described by the JCN Karachi, Pakistan Nursing Council Code of Execute (Appendix II, in student hand book) and Foreign Council of Nursing Codes for Nurses (Appendix III, in applicants hand book). Documented infringements of these types of codes can result in retrenchment from the JCN Karachi .
In the case of voluntarily leaving behind the program, the fee will not be credited in any affliction.
Holiday & Leave:
In each academics year, applicants are permitted to:

  • Have Sick leave up to 10 days per Semester put through to Medical Certificate.
  • Post Semester Vacation: after each semester 15 days vacation will be granted to all applicants .

Those students who do get ready or sit for exam other than B. ScN exam will not be the usage of any leave.
JCN Promotion Policy :

  • Clinical operation and class accomplishments are very carefully evaluated.
  • The educating Instructor and clinical instructor execute meeting weekly.
  • The coordinator and troubled course faculty member will outline the grading criteria for each course at the starting of every semester.

Seats Allocation:

These programs are specifically released on merit basis. 50 male & female applicants can be enrolled in Generic BSc Nursing & 75 students in Post RN BSc Nursing program.
